Dr. Cayla Conway, an Arkansas native, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. Prior to attending medical school, she obtained her Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. She then received her doctorate degree from Kent State University School of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her surgical training in foot & ankle reconstructive surgery at Emory Decatur (formerly DeKalb Medical), where she served as chief resident.
During her career, she has lectured nationally and serves as a faculty member of the Podiatry Institute, a teaching foundation dedicated to the advancement of podiatric medicine. She is also a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association. In addition to her local practice, Dr. Conway has donated her time as a volunteer surgeon for Healing the Children, a medical mission in El Salvador. Dr. Conway has experience treating patients with a wide variety of foot and ankle concerns both conservatively and surgically. Over the years, she has developed a special interest in the management of sports injuries and in diabetic limb preservation. Dr. Conway is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to each and every one of her patients. In her spare time, she really enjoys practicing yoga, traveling and cooking.
